What we do, and what we don't
Relocating to Australia involves two separate pieces of work: getting the right to live there, and getting your belongings there. They run on independent timelines, they are handled by different people, and confusing the two is the most common reason a move goes wrong on scheduling rather than on paperwork.
One thing to be clear about
We are a removals company. We ship your household, clear it through Australian customs and biosecurity, and deliver it. We do not give immigration advice, because in Australia that is a regulated activity and giving it without registration is an offence. Where you need visa help we point you to registered migration agents. Anyone offering you both from one desk is either registered for both or should be asked which.

Which comes first?
The visa, almost always — there is little point costing a shipment for a move that may not be approved. But not entirely, because sea freight takes six to twelve weeks and a shipment that arrives when you do has to be booked before the grant is certain. That tension is unavoidable, and our move process sets out how the two timelines interact and when to commit.
